What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Our artists are very talented and always do their best to create a unique work of art for you. We do understand, however, that tastes and colors vary and you may not be 100% satisfied with the end result. In this case, we guarantee to do whatever necessary to leave you with a final product you are happy with.
The model I chose has a different skin tone from me, can this be changed?
Of course! Our graphic designers adapt your skin tone to the image so the result is a perfect rendition of you.
How will my painting be oriented (portrait or landscape)?
For our pop-art portraits we will keep the original orientation of the photo that you have provided to us. For our royal portraits, your canvas will always be in portrait format.
How high does the file quality of the photo need to be?
The better the quality of the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you. But don't worry, we'll let you know if we have any issues.
How do I track the progress of my order?
As soon as we have printed your table we will send you a tracking link detailing each step until delivery by sms. Please allow 1-4 days after placing your order to receive your tracking link.
How are your designs made?
We work with a team of very talented artists. Each design is digitally handmade by one of them. Once the design of your painting is finished, we print it on the media you have chosen and send it to you the same day.
Does it work with cats?
Yes! It also works with hamsters, horses, goats, frogs, etc...
What is the timeline for delivery?
Your work is printed and ready to be shipped in less than 4 working days, then we entrust it to one of our shipping partners who deliver it to you in less than 3 working days. Some designs take longer to make than others, but we do our best to ensure that it never takes more than 12 working days between the day of your order and its delivery.
