Where are your paintings made?

Our paintings are printed in the US, with archival ink and mounted on sturdy frames, using renewable energy.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed and your proof confirmed, your painting will arrive at your home in 5 to 8 working days.

For AI portraits you will receive your proof within 15 minutes.

For Pop-Art and Minimalist Portraits, we will send you a revision within 2 business days. Any requested revisions will add 1 business day to our time estimates.

Some designs are more complex than others to create and may result in slight delays. We do everything possible to ensure that no more than 12 working days pass between your order and its receipt

Delivery is free for purchases over $100.

What if I don't like the results?

In the vast majority of cases our customers love the first results! But if you don't, simply let us know and we will re-create the painting until you are satisfied.

Can I receive my painting in digital format?

Yes ! If you order a painting from us, you have the option of receiving the design in digital format as well. You can select this option in your shopping cart. An image will then be sent to you by email.

How will my painting be oriented? (Portrait/Landscape)

We will keep the original orientation of your photo. If you provide us with a photo in landscape format, the painting will be reproduced in landscape format. Likewise for portrait.

If you import a square photo our artists will choose the orientation which groups together the most elements of the photo. However, for the most predictable results, we recommend that you crop it into portrait or landscape format yourself before uploading the image.
